Principal Writer and Thought Leadership - Fintech

We sell a complex system. We want to make what we do as easy to understand as possible. We’re looking for a talented writer to craft compelling, user-friendly content that is simple, accurate and engaging. In this role, you’ll create and maintain a variety of content, including marketing materials, website copy, sales outreach communications, and customer-facing resources like our help wiki.

We’re seeking a quick learner with exceptional writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While a background in finance is helpful, it’s not required—what matters most is your ability to explain intricate ideas in a clear and engaging way.

Client Support Specialist - SAAS

As Smartleaf’s Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ daily use of the software and advisory services.  You will empower clients to better utilize our innovative functionality. You will be a champion for the client base - helping problem-solve system issues, advocating for their needs with cross-functional stakeholders, and understanding how we can help them reach their firm’s goals.

Success in this role will translate to proficient Smartleaf users who are getting real value out of using the system.

Client Support Specialist - SAM

As Smartleaf Asset Management’s Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ daily use of the software and advisory services.  You will empower clients to better utilize our innovative functionality. You will be a champion for the client base - helping problem-solve system issues, advocating for their needs with cross-functional stakeholders, and understanding how we can help them reach their firm’s goals.

Implementation Project Manager

As Smartleaf’s Implementation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in onboarding new client firms while serving as a subject matter expert and point of contact while providing a smooth and delightful experience.

Your primary objective will be to lead the transition of a client relationship from the Sales team to our Client Services team and get the client up and running on Smartleaf. You will balance Smartleaf and client objectives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and executing on a project plan.
