Site Reliability Engineer

If you're an experienced and resourceful generalist who likes having an immediate impact on coworkers and clients every day, we'd like to talk to you!  Smartleaf is an investment portfolio rebalancing service handling over $60 billion in assets. In order to grow to the next level of scale we need to evolve our architecture and you can have a big impact on how we do that.  Our next milestone is doubling our capacity to handle 1 million accounts.  

Junior Financial Engineer

You would be joining our financial research and analytics team. The Smartleaf Analytic Engine (SLAE) is the quantitative core of our system and the part that performs portfolio/household optimization and recommends trades. As a member of the Financial Engineering (FE) team, you will have hands-on and high impact contribution to the cutting-edge software product that drives the engine and empowers clients.

Systems Engineer

We are looking for an aspiring Systems Engineer generalist to join the IT/Ops team. A successful candidate is likely to have 4 or more years of experience in technical support or Linux systems administration; homelab experience can be valuable.

Client Success Manager

As Smartleaf’s Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' daily use of the software and advisory services. You will empower clients to better utilize our innovative functionality. You will be a champion for the client base - helping problem-solve system issues, advocating for their needs with cross-functional stakeholders, and understanding how we can help them reach their firm's goals.
