Technical Product Manager
As a member of our application team, you’ll be at the intersection of domain knowledge, a complex data model and a stream of real-world events. Every day, every portfolio is acted on simultaneously by market movements, user actions and system processes. Your job is to make sure the right things happen in the right order, and that edge cases are handled correctly so that financial advisors can trust what they’re seeing.
Implementation Project Manager
As Smartleaf’s Implementation Project Manager, you will play a critical role in onboarding new client firms, while serving as a subject matter expert and point of contact while providing our clients with a successful and delightful experience.
Client Operations Manager
As Smartleaf’s Client Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our clients’ daily use of the software and advisory services. You will empower clients to better utilize our innovative functionality and serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally. You will be a champion for our client base, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and subject matter expert to elite wealth management firms, maximizing platform adoption and optimizing portfolio operations.
