Smartleaf Hosts First Annual User Group Conference For Overlay Portfolio Management

WHAT: Smartleaf, a leading provider of overlay portfolio management solutions to the wealth management industry, will be hosting a user group conference focusing on the delivery of customized wealth management solutions.

The event will feature two tracks. Smartleaf President and CEO Jerry Michael will host a series of roundtable discussions with executives from Smartleaf’s client firms, focusing on the marketing, adoption, and future of overlay portfolio management. Executives from Smartleaf’s Client Service and Development teams will lead the second track, designed for portfolio managers actively using the software. This technical track will bring together Smartleaf users and developers for an under-the-hood look at Smartleaf’s analytics engine, best practices and planned/desired enhancements.

The conference will feature sessions such as:

  • Best Practices Roundtable
  • Overlay, Regulations and Compliance
  • Smartleaf Analytics Q&A
  • Leveraging Overlay in the Marketplace
  • Future of Overlay
  • Householding Preview
  • Change Management and Adoption

“We’re very excited about the opportunity to bring together so many members of the Smartleaf community,” said Mr. Michael. “Smartleaf users are already on the cutting edge. This user group is meant to be a two-way discussion—a chance for Smartleaf and its clients to learn from each other and to plot the course of the industry together.”

WHEN: The event will take place on September 15th and 16th at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, MA.
